Patient 1
61-year old male, smoker presented with moderate claudication. ABI prior to procedure was .75. Upon examination a 60% stenosis was found in the Left Common Iliac. The stenosis was approximately 22mm long. An Advanta V12 8mmX38mm stent was placed. Following the procedure there was a 0% stenosis and the ABI was .97. At 1-month, 6-month, and 12-month ABI was .96, .92, and .89 respectively. |

Patient 2
66 year old male, smoker presented with severe claudication and an ABI of .64. Upon examination there was a 70% stenosis in the left common Iliac. The length of the lesion was approximately 20mm long. An Advanta V12 9mmX38mm was used. Following the procedure there was a 0% stenosis and the ABI was .93. At 1-month and 6-month the ABIs were .92 and .89% respectively. |

Patient 3
64 year old male, smoker, diabetic, with Angina. Patient presented with Ischemic rest pain and an ABI of .71. Upon examination a 75% stenosis was found in the right common Iliac. The lesion measured approximately 23mm in length. An 8mmX38mm Advanta V12 was used. Following the procedure there was a 0% stenosis and the ABI was .96. Upon 1 month examination the ABI was .93 and at 6-month is was .89. |

62 year old male, diabetic, smoker presented with severe claudication and an ABI of .65. Upon examination, there was a 90% stenosis in the left common Iliac. The stenosis was 20mm long. An Advanta V12 8mmX38mm was implanted. Following the procedure the stenosis was 0% and the ABI was .89. At one month follow-up the ABI was .93. |
